Lessons Policy
Lesson programs must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. If this is a limitation for you but you’d still like to participate please contact us directly to make arrangements.
If you are unable to make a lesson please log into your online scheduling account and reschedule the appointment or contact the farm directly no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson in order for us to re-schedule you for another lesson within that same week based on availability. Rider’s are expected to wear appropriate footwear with a small heel, long pants, and an appropriate shirt (t-shirt or other tight fitting, non-revealing shirt). Helmets must be worn when riding any horse not owned by the rider.
Assumption of Risks: Understanding the risks involved in Equestrian Activities, I EXPRESSLY ASSUME THE ASSOCIATED RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY AND DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY AND FINANCIAL LOSS, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE RISKS INHERENT IN EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITES, THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. I accept full and complete responsibility for the safety of myself, any guests or observers accompanying me or present at my invitation, my horses, and personal property. Further, I assume the risk of any damage or injury caused by my horses.
